Shipping and delivery


Our policy lasts 30 days. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not, even if you have used the product, please return it to us within 30 days of receipt and we will exchange or refund your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days. Please note that it may take longer for your provider to show the refund on your statement.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sample/seconds sale items
Only regular items may be refunded, unfortunately sample/seconds items cannot be refunded.

We will exchange items if they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 118 Northwood Rd Uxbridge GB UB9 6PS.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, only the bag element of the purchase may be refunded within 30 days of receipt at the delivery address. The gift packaging element of the purchase is not refundable. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.

If you have received a bag as a gift we can offer an exchange within 30 days of the original delivery to the purchaser. We do not provide refunds directly to third parties. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
